under the status of the municipal official
May compete applicants who are holders of either a Luxembourg diploma of graduate educator (new system) or teacher (old system) or a bachelor in social and educational sciences or foreign equivalent degree recognized by the Ministry higher Education and Research.
No one is admitted if he has not shown before the provisional appointment of adequate knowledge of the three administrative languages as defined by the law of 24 February 1984 on the language regime.
